Do you eat back the calories you earn?

I'm puzzled about eating back the calories I earn from exercise. Do you eat back your calories earned from exercise or do you just stick with your original calorie goal?

I eat back most of mine (80-90% of them usually).

Easy answer, yes. MFP is set up based on no exercise so when you enter exercise and eat them back you are still eating at a deficit.

Not everybody finds that works though.

Most of them. Works as long as you are accurate and realistic.

I don't. I would find it very hard to eat closer to 1000 more a day. I'll only eat back some if I am hungry.

I don't know why people just dont eat when only hungry, not to meet a damn calorie goal.

Yes, if I didn't I think I'd pass out! I'm sure that a lot of the time MFP either over or under estimates my calorie burn so I have to tune in to how I am feeling hunger wise as to how many of them I eat back
