Can I realistically lose 20lbs by June?

Hey there. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any success in losing 20lbs in the space of 2 months? I'm currently 180 pounds and 5'6". My first weight loss goal is to be at 160 by June 5th. I really don't want to set myself up for failure so I thought I'd come here and see if anyone has managed it before. Am I being unrealistic or is my goal attainable? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    i think that's a little too ambitious. you shouldn't really lose more than 2 lbs a week (and that is hard to to unless you are grossly overweight, which you are not) so 16 should really be your max goal.
