I'm Georgia & these are my current stats
Sex: Female
Age: 20
Height: 5"7.5
Current weight: 257lb (18st 5lb)
Highest weight: 270lb (19st 4lb)
Current goal weight : 220lb (15st 7lb)
I have almost 3 months until I go on holiday, and my only goal is to feel comfortable in swimwear.
I plan on exercising 5/6 times per week (bike riding & swimming) & allowing myself one cheat meal on a Friday evening.
I do smoke and I do drink and being realistic, I know I won't be able to completely give up either. So I do plan on cutting down on both significantly.
I did this almost exactly one year ago and lost almost 3 stone, although it all piled back on after a passing of a close family member. So I KNOW I can do this - it is just staying motivated which is the issue!
