It's a lease so who cares about long-term reliability, warranty and so on.
I'd recommend you go and test drive them all and see which ones you like the best. I'd also get price quotes on all of them. MSRP is only one factor that goes into the price of your lease (with money factor and residual rate being the others), so you need to figure out what the out the door price looks like. Just because these cars have roughly the same MSRP does not mean they will lease for the same amount each month.
They've stopped posting lease rates at ridewithG.com (at least the site owner has stopped posting them), but you might be surprised how much residual and money factor rates vary month to month. My current car is about $10,000 higher MSRP than my previous car and yet my lease payment is $50/month cheaper.
My final tip would be to not put any money down. It's a lease, not a purchase, so I would pay the very minimum upfront and don't let them talk you into any other arrangement. All I paid for my recent lease was the first month's payment.
