Need some support and motivation

I am back from a long binge and I need some support and motivation. I know you just keep trying and restarting but I am finding it so hard recently.
What do you do to motivate yourself to get back on track??

Thank you!

I look at photos of me when I was really out of shape.. that usually is enough motivation right there. I've somehow become turned off to sugar and salty junk food, I no longer crave it - that helps as well. I pretty much tell myself that if I want to have ___ and it's not healthy or will put me over my cals/macros by over 500, I need to work for it.

Besides weight loss, I can measure major health markers and see them improve. (like blood pressure, triglycerides, glucose, and other important markers)

That's what motivates me, if I can save $100,000s of dollars on medical bills, and have greater quality of life, and hopefully prevent heart disease and diabetes.

That and just feeling better about myself because I'm healthier and have lost weight I felt like I shouldn't of gained, but did.

I think realizing how much weight I had before I started MFP is a great motivator. I look at some of my old beach pictures and I kinda cringe at the extra pounds I had, and it reminds me why I work so hard to make sure all future beach pictures will be ones I am totally proud of. Getting fitter is also its own reward, I sleep better, my mood is more even, clothes look so much better on me when I'm in proper proportion. I can understand that getting out of practice is tough, and getting back into the swing of things can be even tougher still. What we do in our house is set a time each day for exercise, that we stick to, even if we would rather be doing something else. If you keep doing that then eventually it will become part of your routine again and will be much easier to maintain. I never regret a workout session, but I do regret skipping one. Do you do MFP with anyone else in your family or a friend that you could team up with? You can do this, losing weight and getting in shape has no special tricks, it's all about being kind to yourself and just literally doing it. You rock, you can get back to speed in no time!
