I am having a hard time at work. I am a teacher in a program that encourages family style eating and mealtime. I prefer to eat my own food which is pretty clean and healthy however it is hard to be tempted all the timr. Sometimes i try to incorporate some of my faves but i feel like sometimes this leads to gains and even binges. I feel like it is a battle constantly. Is it better to give ib in moderation or have the no tasting no choice mentality?

i just find it easier to eat the same stuff with a few variations and accept boredom. Breakfast is a shake, lunch is salad, dinner is soup, stirfry or veggie casserole, snack is a protein bar or shake, boring but it works. I guess when I have lost enough weight I might have a bit more variety but vegetables are going to be the core of my diet for the rest of my life so I may as well get used to it. Stick to your plan everyone will respect that and salad is really portable.0
