Hidden sugars- do you find that you're eating a lot?

I never thought I ate a lot of sugar. I don't add it to anything (sugar, coffee, etc.) and rarely eat sweets. But there has not been one day that I have met or even been anywhere close to the recommended amount of sugar for daily intake. There is just so much sugar in food!
Do you have sugar as one of the nutritional categories myfitnesspal trakcs?
Has anyone met the daily recommended amounts? If so, what are you eating?
Am I the only one who is eating a ton of disguised sugar?

depends on what your are eating. Is is sugar from fruit? I always go over when I eat fruit.0

If it's sugar in it's natural form, ie still coupled with the natural fiber, you are ok. If it's hidden sugar added to processed foods, that contains little or no fiber, that is very not good. Always have your carbs with fiber (unless it's during the middle of a hard workout when you need quick sugar, then go for simple sugars (ie. glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin, etc)).0

I have found the same thing - and am still struggling to keep it in check. The foods that I thought were healthy were actually loaded with sugar. I have been trying to eat more natural - fresh fruits and veggies and organic, but it is hard - even foods that are labeled "sugar free" still contain some sugar!0
