Hey, my name is Vivian. I started tracking on this site before but always gave up but then like a week and a half ago I gave up diet soda and started drinking lots of water. Then all of a sudden noticed I craved different foods ect. Tracking again has been going well.

Basically I gained lots of weight with my unhealthy habits in college and looking to gain healthier habits for a lifetime.

Maybe hit my goal weight too. :D
