Ladies with a high TDEE, 2,500-3,000?

How many of you ladies have a TDEE (around 2,500-3,000)? Do you eat around 2,000 cal's and have you lost weight?

    i net 1800 (eat around 2100 as i am doing insanity at the moment) and am losing bodyfat.

    My TDEE is around 2,800 (I also do Insanity), but I eat less than 1,500. I know it is absolutely terrible and I want to increase my calories to 2,000 - 2,200 but I am not sure when to start.

    I know, you are 100% right, but I still have a very unhealthy mind set when it comes to calories. It was already really hard upping my calories from 1,200 to 1,500-ish. I think I will up them little by little until I hit 2,000.

    I know, you are 100% right, but I still have a very unhealthy mind set when it comes to calories. It was already really hard upping my calories from 1,200 to 1,500-ish. I think I will up them little by little until I hit 2,000.

    when i went from losing to maitaining, i upped by 100 a week... theres nothing wrong with doing it that way, and you will probably lose more weight when you are fueling your body properly.

    nuts are a good high cal but very small snack.... a tiny portion is an extra 100 cals straight away!

    find some pals who eat higher calories, their diaries might give you some ideas of ways to eat more. full fat dairy and ditching any 'diet' food in favour of normal stuff, things like that!

    Thank you, I will start today. Might just go to BMR immediately (1,850), let my body get used to that first and then as soon as I start losing again, up it little by little...

    I eat around that... closer to 3000 on the weekends. If I eat under 2,000 my performance goes down drastically.
