Craving or Addiction?

So, I've discovered my BIGGEST problem when it comes to food....

I never eat when I'm hungry. If it's there, I eat. And I eat some more.

Basically, like right now, I don't feel hungry at all, but there are a couple chicken strips and a small slice of apple cobbler in the fridge calling for me. SCREAMING for me. I am trying my very very best not to just go in there and cobble them up because I know I'm not hungry, and I've already gone over my calorie goal for the day.

What do you guys do to keep yourselves from temptations? Especially when they're right there in front of you?
