A blog to motivate

I've been training for a while now and I started a blog (on another site) in which I tell the world what I am up to.
I know the hardest part of losing weight or gaining muscle is the motivation so that is what i am aiming at, to motivate you and myself to keep going and keep pushing towards the goal that has to be reached.
