First day back at the gym...

I used to be a pretty regular gym goer, but after having my daughter 5 years ago I got out of the routine and stopped going. I have had short lived spurts of motivation to exercise at home, doing a DVD, or running on the treadmill and honestly hated EVERY minute of it. When I am running in my basement, I spend the entire time counting down.... 10 more minutes..... 30 seconds past... lol.

Well yesterday, I decided enough was enough and joined up at the Y. I exercised for 45 minutes and was so surprised to find that I didn't hate it! It was so much easier working out in the gym environment, I am ecstatic! Can't wait to go back tonight for aquacize class :)) I am aiming to go 4 times a week.
