I often post my planned meals and exercise before I do them. After all, if I put it on the Internet, I have to make sure it's true, right? Those are the rules. . . aren't they?

I log as I eat throughout the day!

I generally enter dinner ahead of time if I'm sure what we're having. This gives me better control over my day since I can see if I need more or less of a certain macro in the other things I eat during the day. Sometimes I'll pre-log snacks and other meals too if I want to get a general idea of how the day is going to go. I use it as a guide though and certainly allow for change.

I pretty much always pre-log my meals, and I'll leave a couple hundred calories leftover for some wiggle room/snacks. :) Very helpful, keeps me on track, and I don't have to stress about my macros or what I'm going to eat next!

Thanks for all of your input, y'all. Feel free to add me if you need a friend for some support. I try to log-in every day. Good luck on your journey!

On days that I work, I like to pre-log, that way I can pack snacks and lunch. Otherwise, I would end up eating fast food or something. When I don't work, I don't worry about it, because it's easy for me to log as I eat.

During the week I log my food every morning for the day. Sometimes I do it on the weekends but not very often.

I have started to plan ahead I find it helps me because I don't accident go over my calories if I know what I'm supposed to eat it also helps me plan a more balanced diet through the day, I used to eat far too much fat or carbs and never enough protein, its balancing out now :-)

Yes on weekdays.. but I do it so I know what i'm putting in my lunch bag more then anything else... makes mornings much much easier.. plus i know i have X amount of minutes to make dinner, so I search for recipes the day before using whatever i have in my kitchen. Great time saver and I end up with awesome food on my plates! LOL

Yes I do post ahead of time. Especially on Holidays if I know what the menu is so I can make sure I stay within my daily count.

I do once in awhile to keep myself accountable if I'm going out or going to be away from the internet. Or if I'm drinking so I can figure out how much flavored vodka I can drink and still stay within my calorie goals.
