The Intense Challenge!

Alright! All you workerbees out there! I am in the military, but I sit at a desk, so I am always looking for some creative ways to PT. Luckily, we do hourly PT sessions here. I am inviting all of you to join us. Here's the deal: Every day there will be a new challenge. These are going to be fitness challenges, and will not have anything to do with how much you eat or how much you drink. The goal is not to do these all at once, instead to do a little at a time. Go to another challenge board for that ;) So, if interested, let everyone know that you met your goal, how long it took, and if you put a little variety in there to amp that intensity!!!

Today's goal: 300 situps.
