Fast fat burning workouts

Hi everyone! I am looking for some ideas for some great videos using a step. I need something faster paced, no yoga. Any ideas would be great! :happy: I would like to lose some weight for my wedding and can't do a gym membership so trying to do videos at home and walking. So any ideas on videos or workouts at home with good results please let me know. Thanks!

    I LOVE my step!! Cathe has some great ones: Imax 1 & 2, Bodymax 2, Drill Max, HIIT are all good as well as her 4Day Split. Kelly Coffey Myer 30 minute to fitness Cardio Blast...any of Seasun Zieger's step workouts are GREAT (but kind of tough choreography...same goes for AMy Bento ASC 1, 2 & 3) Tap Less, Step More by Deidre Morris, Reebok Intense Moves, Athletic Step Jam by SHaron Twombly....Jari Love Ripped 1000....

    I have tons of dvds that use the step!!! :laugh:

    I thoughtof a few more...Fantastic Four w/Christi Taylor, Gay Gasper All Out Infused Step & Cardio Step Express, Amazing Hot Stepping by Nekea Brown....Patrick Goudeau's Hard Work Conditioning 1 & 2 & 24/7....Cathe Low Max....really all of Jari Love's workouts use a step....

    (Jillian's workouts do not use a step, FYI)

    I don't have a step, but I agree if you want a quick (20 min) workout with great results - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! I am halfway into it and have already lost about 6 inches overall - Plus its fun - and fast paced and so far I haven't gotten bored with it!

    She usually doesn't use a step, but Zuzana's workouts at http://bodyrock.tv will seriously melt fat like nobody's business. It's basically all I do for exercise (plus a little bit of running). They are 30 Day Shred-like in structure, but kicked up a notch (typically). Plus, they are free and there are a lot to choose from so you won't get bored any time soon.

    Yeah I've heard alot of good things about the biggest loser videos and the 30 day shred. Plus I like Jillian so I'll try them. And I'll mix in some step workouts here and there too. Thanks! :smile:
