Tell me about your home workout routine

I can't really go to the gym. But I work out at home. I have an elliptical, and have been doing some exerciese tapes.

I want to create my own routine and follow it. Looking for inspiration!

    Hey, I created my own workout routine based on the 30 day shred. I want her results, I just don't want to look at her for 25 minutes everyday. So using the moves from those videos I made 5 circuits of 10, 20, and 30.

    Warm up! Arm cross, hip circles, knee circles, neck circles, windmills, backwards windmills, and jumping jacks

    1-
    10 walking push ups
    20 Crunches
    30 Squat and rows

    2-
    10 jumping jacks
    20 plank jacks
    30 oblique twists (15 each side)

    3-
    10 squat and presses
    20 reverse crunches
    30 chest flys

    4-
    10 squat and punches (10 each arm)
    20 Plank Twists (10 each side)
    30 Mountain Climbers (15 each side)

    5-
    10 walking planks
    20 anterior raises and side lunges
    30 bicycle crunches

    Stretch!

    I have no idea if this works, but I've done it for a few days and it feels about the same as the 30 day shred. You could mix up the moves. I made it so there's more cardio and ab work than legs and arms. If you do complete this workout for a couple weeks, please message me with the results.
