Just getting back on the "wagon" :)

I have recently decided that my health has become low on my priority list and that needs to change. Yes, I am looking to loose some weight before the dreaded swim suit season, but more importantly, I want to feel better. Right now, I can barely make it to 9:00 pm before I am totally wiped. With 4 young kids, this is really the only time I have to get things done and hang with the hubby....so this time is precious! I am looking for a way to jump start my new way of living as far as some easy exercise and I am finding myself hungry throughout the day, so any help to curb the need to feed would be great too! I am looking forward to this journey and getting to meet some of you along the way.
