Les Mills Combat Support Group

If anyone has a Combat support group I would love to join! I am starting the basics today and it would be nice to have a bit of support from a group of individuals participating in the same workout or who has done the workout already.

    I have completed one round of Combat (60 days) and I LOVE it! I believe it is my soul mate workout. I started Round 2 of Combat yesterday and have decided to mix it up with the Combat/Pump hybrid schedule, so I'll be doing the cardio that I love with the strength training of Les Mills Pump. I seriously love this program. in the 60 days I lost 18.2 lbs and over 17 inches. My "Round 2" is for 12 weeks.
    I sent you a friend request and we can motivate each other! I log my exercise on MFP every day. I was thinking of starting a Combat Challenge/Support group on Facebook and get some of my friends together :smile:

    Hi! I start Combat yesterday , the first round and I love it..I´ll being doing body combatat the gim , but this is so diferent...just don´t give up, do your best and keep going. The best!

    I should get my DVDs in the mail by the end of the week. I am so excited to start
