Couch-2-5-K

Has anyone completed this program? I'm currently on Week 3;Day 3 where it has me running for 3 minutes at a time and I actually am finding that I have a lot more endurance than I did when I started 3 weeks ago.
Did anyone complete this to find that they really COULD run a 5K?

Lots of people have completed this program successfully.

    Keep going, you'll get there.

Yes, I am in the final week (last run tonight) and on my last run (Sunday) I felt so good I kept going, in the end actually managed 10k at a slower pace than I had previously completed 5k but still managed 10k!

Yep, I completed it over a year ago, and have run at least 1 (usually 3) 5K(s) every week since. I'm 53, and NEVER ran before I started the C25K program.

I started the C25K last summer and couldn't believe how good it was. By the end I was running 5.4km 3-4 times a week fairly easily in about 34mins.

Unfortunately I let the bad weather keep me inside over the winter but I'm working up to it again.

I found it really does work very well if you stick at it

    Good luck and keep going!

I completed the program about a year ago and I'm still running. My "easy" run days are 3 miles now, but my average is probably 4 or 5. It works!
