    i'm 5'5 and started at 177 - i'm now 164 and let me tell you .... keeping track and counting WORKS! Great site for tracking and support!

    I think as we all said it works but it's up to you. You have to keep to the plan and be honest when you are completing your food intake.

    I will tell you this. I have been doing this for about 60 days and have lost about 30 pounds just by calorie counting and very minimal exercise. My goal is to eat between 1500-2000 calories a day. MFP says for 2500. I have yet to be hungry when I eat close to 2000. So it's working for me.

    I am trying to get more exercise.
