Why gaining inches and weight?

I'm so frustrated and totally unmotivated right now. I started to work out and track my calories about 3 months ago and the first weeks or month or so I lost 3 kilos, then for the past two months I have gained 2 kilos back, so now my total loss is 1 kilo. And my measurements changed in the beginning too, but I also gained all that up. I really don't se what I'm doing wrong. I have the mfp set on 1 pound a week, but it doesn't seem to do anything for me. Anyone know why I'm not losing?

if you look at this chart. 130lbs is aalmost getting to low for your height and you should be a little bit more or about right were you are. if you have a little chub you want to get rid of you need to tone.
Work out and yes you will gain a little weight but you can and you will gain in size for a little bit. but the mescles will grow faster than the weight loss so you will grow and first but the extra fat will come off and thin out a little.0
