WHICH HEART RATE MONITORS HAVE A WATCH AND CHEST STRAP ? I WAS TOLD A CHEST STRAP IS A MUST FOR ACCURACY....

    Most have a chest strap. A chest strap will continually check your heart rate versus wrist versions that you push a button every so often to test HR. There are a wide variety with almost any function you can think of out there. Polar, timex, garmin...are the most common brands. Check out amazon.com for reviews and one that fits your budget and needs.

    i have a basic Polar watch which comes with chest strap. it provides all the info i need to help train (on my own and with my trainer) and more importantly for me, its easy to use and understand.
