Vitamin D

I recently learned that I was very low on Vitamin D and had to start a high dosage of Vitamin D for the next 6 months. When I looked it up on the internet it stated one of the effects is weight gains and the storage of fat and lots of other symptoms which I also had. Never would have guess how important Vitamin D is . You may want to look up to see if you have the symptoms and/or take an over the counter one as part of your daily supplements. I have lots more energy, and feel a whole lot better. I've dropped 10 lbs. The extra energy has helped me keep up my daily gym routine. Good Luck to all.............Mcgray1948:happy: :happy:
