I've never had one before but i would think there are a lot of calories in it so yes log it. if there's calories you should log it.0 -
yes. it's something you're putting into your body- log it. it definitely has calories and a ton of sugar. by not logging it to not go over your calories is cheating yourself.0

It depends. Which energy drink? If I drank a regular monster or rockstar I'd definitely log it. Even monster rehab or rockstar lemonade (both are 20 calories) I would log. Once in a while I'll have a monster ultra zero or use an energy power mix like Jack3d but both of those are zero calories so sometimes I don't bother logging it.0

This. If it has calories, log it, if it doesn't, don't worry about it.0 -
Log it, don't lie to your food diary or to yourself about the calories you're taking in.0

Yes, do so. The best advice I've ever received was to log everything. Also, you can use the MFP app on your smartphone (if you have one) to look stuff up before you eat it.0

Agreed. I log everything that has calories. Anything that doesn't (black coffee - I guess that technically has like a half calorie per ounce but really, I'm not interested in getting THAT detailed - diet soda, I don't even log water since I know that I drink plenty though for some people it's important to track), I don't bother.0

yes. and you shouldnt be drinking energy drinks, theyre full of empty calories and a lotttttt of sugar, the reason why this country is obese. if your tired get more rest, eat better, or have healthier alternatives like coffee or green tea0

Log it--if you're over then you're over. Not putting it online wont change anything, and it'll be good to have it recorded if you need to remember.0
