Milk!

This question may seem dumb, but I just want some opinions. I love milk, and would drink it all day if I could. Besides milk, the only things I drink are coffee and water. How much milk a day is too much/will negatively affect my weight loss? When drinking milk by the glass, I drink 1%, and I drink skim in my coffee.

    Too much milk is the milk that causes you to go over your macros and calorie goal.
