work out variety ideas?

Hey everyone!

I have a very short attention span...... I am looking for suggestions of work outs too try that you find fun.... i have tried shred, body combat, step and pump. I enjoy them! but get board of all of them. I do not have access to a gym so im looking for things to do at home by myself too keep me motivated..

What diferent things do you do too keep you motivated and see results?

    The BeFit channel on YouTube has a ton of stuff. Their BeFit in 90 program was good, I haven't tried the extreme one. The butt & ab challenges programs are good, too. POP Pilates/blogilates has a lot of stuff. Sweatybetties.com and fitnessblender.com also have workouts that looks interesting. I love anything kickboxing and cardio dance type stuff. The library is a great resource to try stuff out as well.
