Can anyone explain in the very simplest of terms how to put up a photo in their topic.. I would like to put up before and afters but when I search the topic I have no idea what the people are talking about BBs and what not lol???

    You first have to post the photo on an online board, such as "photobucket" (there are many free sites you can do this with). Then copy the http:// address to where the photo is located, bracketed with [ img] and [/img ] --- see sample of the proper syntax below

    EXAMPLE: [ img]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/samplephoto.jpg[/img ]

    NOTE: don't put spaces between the bracket "[" and the "img" or at the end like I did, but I had to do this so that it would display it properly for you on here. So just [ img] then the website pix location and ending with [/img ] NO SPACES ANYWHERE.
