    Panera Bread's BBQ Chicken salad and Strawberry smoothie. Only ate 3/4 of the salad though.

    Half a spaghetti squash with a homemade tomato sauce, with some hamburger meat, olives, and onions mixed in as well. Sooooo good.

    quinoa and roasted corn stuffed bell pepper and some raw sugar snap peas...cooked way to much quinoa this weekend...will be eating it one way or another every day this week....

    My leftovers did not taste as well as I hoped they would after combining two different concoctions! Ended up being about 3 oz. of grilled chicken with a (gross) quick marsala sauce that I made without mushrooms - its just not the same without delicious mushrooms! That chicken & sauce on top of a 1/4 cup of white rice. Light string cheese. Green tea.

    I've had better!

    All natural chicken salad from my local health foods store and GF rice crackers.

    Unfortunately, vegenaise has about the same calorie content as real mayo :( Tasty but calorific lunch!

    This has been my lunch most week days for months now...and I love it...cherry tomatoes, baby cucumbers, fat free cottage cheese and a tablespoon of lite catalina dressing. Soooo gooood! :)

    Athenos - Feta Cheese - Crumbled, 1/8 Cup
    Black Pearls - Sliced Ripe Olives, 2 Tbls (16g)
    Vegetable - English Cucumber - Seedless, 2 oz
    Boar's Head - Blazing Buffalo Chicken Deli Cut, 2 oz
    Trader Joe's - Balela Chickpea Salad, 0.25 cup
    Deli Counter - Genoa Salami, 1 oz

    545 Calories of deliciousness!

    3/4c black beans, diced bell pepper and roma tomato, salsa - microwaved for a minute and then topped with 1oz tillamook cheddar! Deilcioso ;)

    whole wheat tortillas with ground sirloin, a little cheese, and some taco sauce and hot sauce...simple but it was what I threw together with leftovers =]

    boiled carrots, 3 stalks of celery, half an onion, 1 tsp diet margarine, 1 cup soy milk, and 1/4 cup oatmeal (dry).

    I may as well add the rest, because I've had 3 meals so far. :)

    Breakfast: 17 oz muscle milk, 1 large banana Morning Snack: Black coffee, 2 mandarin oranges, dannon light and fit peach yogurt

    My calorie goals are 1650-1850 a day.
    I am just trying to get my weight stabilized to a healthy level without dieting. I hate being hungry. Grr.

    Baked tilapia (with lemon juice), green beans, boiled egg white, 1 scoop of protein powder in 1/2 cup of almond milk, and 3 cups of water. YUMMY!!!

    Salad:
    2 c baby field greens,
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/4 of an English cucumber
    2 tbsp feta cheese
    1/2 oz smoked sun dried tomatoes
    1 Morningstar Farms Mediterranean chickpea burger
    Dressing- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt + 1/2 tsp lemon juice, mixed together

    Really yummy, but would be even better with red onions and kalamatta olives.

    I also had a cutie & a banana.

    its amazing!!! i cook my chicken in the oven a couple breasts at a time so i have extras...and then when i make a salad i just heat the chicken up and by the time i get all the rest of the ingredients in my salad and add the chicken its luke warm which is perfect! try it!!

    Dr McDougalls Spicy Kung Pao noodles....220 calories...but I was still hungry so I had an apple and a 80 cal string cheese too...:)

    Mine was a hodge podge.

    Sabra Hummus -Garden veggie tuscan
    Archer Farms-crackers with lots of stuffz (flaxseed etc.)
    A greek Yogurt

    then I half count it as lunch/snacks since I didn't get a lunch break at work today
    Peanutbutter and saltines
    and Pretzel sticks
    Also a pickle, I haven't added that to my tracker yet though.
