    Mango smoothie, sipping it now. 3/4 c fresh mango, a little plain yogurt (about 75gm), 2/3 cup skim milk, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Great for hot weather.

    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 oz. Food Should Taste Good brown rice crackers
    3 cups water

    Nothing to really brag about. 1 can of smoked oysters, 6 cheese crackers with peanut butter, 44 oz of water. Tonight will be much healthier. Planning for fresh Asparagus, Broccolli, and 2 cups of skim milk. This should round off my 1200 calorie goal just right.

    I'm going to have baby spinach, carrots, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, red onion, currants, flax seeds, and organic ranch dressing on my salad today..I'm pretty excited :)
