Just thought that I would share this awesome book that I discovered and has helped me. It's called "The Science of Skinny" by Dee McCaffrey. It teaches you to understand your body's chemistry and how to eat healthier natural, less processed foods so you feel better and lose weight as a lifestyle change and not a diet. She was a 4'10" junk food junkie that weighed over 210 lbs and lost 100 lbs in 13 months and has kept it off for over 20 years! Amazing! Knowledge is power! Happy reading!
