Workout Routines

Hello, I have a specific routine that I made up recently, and have been following it closely week in week out. Any modifications/suggestions for a better result?

Monday: Biceps,Triceps, Row,Ab Crunchers
Tuesday: Legs, Bike, Ab Crunchers
Wednesday: Chest, Run, Ab Crunchers
Thursday: Back, Run,Ab Crunchers
Friday: Shoulders, Bike, Ab Crunchers
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
