Hello and introducing myself

My name is Robert and I have a lot of issues to work out but I am 130kg a comfort eater and think that 4 pints of beer is a warm up. Now that's out in the open I feel a whole lot better. I am still strong and mange to cycle 20 minutes each way to work but the doctor tells me that I wont be able to keep that up for too long unless I sort out my weight so i have set myself the goal of reaching 100kg.

Also I am going through a divorce at the moment which I am not happy about and find myself missing her everyday. as part of the separation I have moved to a new town where I know nobody so bad habits could be easy to fall into. If there is any body who feels they could give me some encouragement I assure you it will be greatly received.
