Maybe It Won't Work...We all think it

I just wanted to pop this out there, I was just reading a friends blog where they expressed the concern that their workout routine would not give them any results. I have had that very thought but my sister bless her always tells me that I can do it and not to stop!. I find what can help us with this problem is when others say "wait are you losing weight?" Of course it's not always as visible to others there is where self-motivation comes in, funny thing that with the advent of the internet Self-Motivation can quickly be backed up by the motivation of other people who were just like you from all across the world!! I am new to this journey but I refuse to let my doubts and fears stop me from perusing health. We need to tell ourselves that even if we only lose a pound a month we are getting healthier!!

    Whatever you lose - it is adding to your life expectancy so when you feel like eating rubbish and going into the red number - think is it really worth reducing your heart-life or developing diabetes or putting extra strain on your joints?
