I go to the Y twice a week to do cardio on the Nustep I want to add some strength training on some of the other days with resistance bands but when I type in resistance bands in exercise it doesn't show how many calories burned. Does anyone else use resistance bands and how to you count the calories?

At jazzercise we sometimes use the restance bands, but the burn is not counted serperately. So I have basically nothing to add, I just wanted to let you know that "I know nothing" :laugh:0

I add my resistance band workouts as circuit training or curves circuit training, which is slightly lower.0

Just use Calisthenics for those type of exercices.
It's always 100 calories burned for 10 minutes of non stop exercise.
So let's say you use resistance bands 5 sets 10 reps each and with out rest it amounts to 5 minutes, then = 50 calories.0 -
thanks everyone0
