My new goal

I'm putting this post up here simply to make myself accountable. I have been so good about my diet, but as soon as I joined MFP my workout schedule fell apart. I start a new job next week which means longer days and more excuses. So, that being said, I've set a simple but hopefully helpful goal for myself. For the month of April I will do yoga every single day. I have found it's the only workout I stick too and I have enough variety in classes, DVDs, podcasts to keep me moving and keep my body guessing. I hope everyone finds their extra oomph as spring arrives, thanks for reading about mine.
