has anyone been able to eat here before and find something that was low calorie and low sodium? everything i see in the data base is packed full of sodium :(

    Salad with nothing on it looks about right!

    Pretty well all chain restaurants have websites that list the nutritional facts. Whenever I plan on going out to eat I google search the restaurant to see what's available.
