Hello everyone! I have had this app for at least a year now and have tried using just the tracking part. It never lasts for more than a few days. I lose motivation so quickly! Summers almost here and the idea of wearing a bathing suit is really making me sad. I walk on my treadmill at least 5 days a week for at least 30 mins, usually 45 mins, but can't seem to keep my eating under control. I get these cravings that drive me crazy! Especially salty foods. I try to eat fruits and veggies but it only lasts so long. This time I'm hoping reading the inspirational things you guys post will help! The dr always says I need to lose 50lbs but I will feel better if I lose 20!
