I love to Hoop Dance, Run and Recently started the Insanity workout.

I loved Insanity but its not a workout you want to do all of the time unless your really super fit. I have combined Hip Hop Abs and Rockin Body and do One cd each on those. I love it because its fun and even though I am burning serious calories it doesnt feel like a workout but something I am excited to do everyday.0

Insanity is simply insane. I was sweating buckets during the warm up!! im dedicated though to go through till the end. I really want to try hip hop abs!!0 -

Rugby is great fun, I thoroughly enjoy it. Not played for a few years unfortunately, just don't have the cardio level required to play! Hopefully next year (Next uni year) I'll be fit enough to play both.
