Anyone for Butter Chicken?
As I sit here practically drooling on myself thinking about it, I remembered this recipe I found a couple of years ago. It was good, and I sucessfully made it in a crockpot too.
It's 230cal/serve as directed, but I think if you subbed some stuff (I sub evaporated milk for cream even when making normal butter chicken, and never actually use butter!) and left off the yoghurt, leave out the rice if you feel so inclined to have it purely as a soup rather than a meal... it could be even less!
But around 200 fits nicely into my plan with some extra rice or bread.
YUM!!

ETA: coriander is AKA cilantro
