Tell me one thing about ransitioning into Maintenance Mode

Options
So I'm about 4 pounds away from the goal I set myself a little over 2 years ago-- lose 100 lbs, and reasses from there.

I've picked up a bunch of terrific habits along the way but after 2 years I'm not much clearer on what my "maintenance" will look like than when I started. Right now I run about 5x a week and am learning more about lifting and yoga on some of my off days, but I don't have a dedicated program for either right now. I've been getting really good at running, too-- when I started I couldn't run a mile, and now I run 8-9 minute miles for 3-6 miles.

Right now I'm planning on gradually adding more of my on days to creating a dedicated lifting program, upping my calories a bit, and setting a weight "ceiling" that would trigger a switch to lower calories and more cardio again.

Any of you fine folks involved in a dedicated maintenance program? Would you share the one bit of advice you wish you had known when you started maintaining?
