Okay, so I found this really awesome cleanse and it worked so well I just have to share it! Here is what you do:
1) get naked
2) turn on shower and get in
3) get all lathery all over and rinse well
4) TADAAAAAA! You have just successfully completed Mallory Knox's super dooper master cleanse!

    Your instructions were unclear. Is this a one time cleanse that is done daily for a week and just to kick start my health and then that's it or does this have to be done every day for the rest of my life? I am not sure that it is a healthy cleanse to do for extended periods of time and I'm questioning your bro science.

    Please back up with science.
