Awesome Pizza I made.
So, I decided to make this personal pan pizza and it was really good, so I figured I'd share....
Ingredients:
1 Store brand premade pizza crust (whole wheat if desired, but store brand was lower calorie)
1 cup raw baby spinach
2 tbsp Classico traditional basil pesto
1 tomato
2 oz. crumbled goat cheese
hand full of pre-cooked cocktail shrimp
You can cook the crust however you want, I just like the cast iron skillet since it keeps everything together. Lightly oil the pan, put the crust in. Spread the pesto, spinach, tomato, shrimp and cheese on top. I sprinkled some basil on top for added flavor. Bake for approx. 15 min, or until crust is done. The best I can figure, a 1/4 serving is about 400 cal. BOOM! I have a pix of it, but don't know how to post it. Good luck!!!

I made something similar -
90 calorie whole wheat pizza crust
2 laughing cow wedges
1.5 tbsp pesto
frozen spinach
diced tomatos/onions
(pretty much any toppings you'd like)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix pesto and laughing cow together.
Spread it on the dough.
Then sprinkle on the toppings.
Put in oven for 20-25 minutes.0
