how to lose ugly thighs?

I have saddlebags and a thigh gap? how does this even happen??! I have been very successful at fat loss but I build muscle SO easily and look even worse.. anything I can do to get thin thighs and lose cellulite and not build muscle helps. but Im not sure why they look so deformed.. also any tips on losing thunder thighs would be greatly appreciated
by the way they are 20.8 inches at the thickest point and i am about 5'8

    My thighs are 21", they certainly aren't ugly.. I'm sure yours aren't either...

    Try running.. that may help. I imagine the spot reduce comments are going to surface soon but I found running really toned my lower half unintentionally. I don't mind the change though ;)

    For exercises that workout these areas, go for squats, deadlifts and lots of them

    My thighs are 25 inches so I am no help. I think muscular legs are hot. I have no idea what a thigh gap is either.

    easily. your hips are wider than the total measurements of your thighs
