Love it! I love all the Beachbody workouts anyway. Since 8 Mar I have lost 3 1/2 inches on my hips, and some other inches overall (arms, neck, etc) All that and I follow the "modifications" since I can't do the more difficult moves yet. I joined a group of ladies and we do all the workouts together, with the DVDs. We inspire each other and push each other to get through the workout. I love Shawn T. he makes the workouts so much fun!!! Enjoy.

I've been doing it for about 2 weeks now and I love it! Shaun T. really is the best. He makes it fun for you so you don't even feel like you're working out. I do a combination of the workouts so I'm doing at least an hour every night. I love how energetic and refreshed I feel afterwards! I think you will definitely enjoy it! Doing the workouts along with MFP, I've lost 4 pounds already.

I have it, but I haven't done it as a sole program. I use it to mix in with some of my other workouts because I really love Shaun T and his infectious attitude. You can't go wrong with any of his programs. I truely think he delivers what he promises, as long as you stick with your workouts, and watch what you eat. :) Enjoy.

I did Hip Hop Abs for about a month. I didn't think it would be enough for me so I did a Hybrid between just about all of the Dvd sets I have. It depends on what your looking for when it comes to cardio. If it's just dancing and having fun. Getting a little sweat in there then I say go for it. Good luck!

LOVE Hip Hop Abs and I have absolutely no rhythm or coordination. I have an extremely week core and ab exercises before would kill me. I really like the weighted standing ab work. I wasn't completely sure it was working all that much until I took a class at the gym with my friend last week. When they stated they were starting the ab portion of the workout I thought to myself "Boy, this is gonna suck." I was able to do EVERY move they did and keep up at the same pace as them! I was THRILLED!! It does work and without all the awful lower back pain. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!! Good luck!!
