Brand new here! Lost 4lbs over the last week, looking to lose 15 more. I am loosely counting weight watchers points. I have also quit smoking for two weeks! Its still cold outside so I have been doing a stair climb in my building and I plan on taking more walks once it warms up

Welcome. Ive been here 4 days now. 4lbs in a week is excellent. Im looking to lose 31 lbs to start with. Quitting smoking is excellent tooIm 22 and 5'6'' starting weight 162lbs. Feel free to add x
