My pants ripped today

I've been fluctuating between 152 and 159 for the last few months (31% BF), and I suppose my pants just gave up and split.
I just started going back to the gym on Monday and I left my Zumba class feeling hideous and grotesque after watching my uncoordinated fat flop about in the room wide mirrors.
I want to get down to 125 eventually (22%bf), but I am feeling utterly depressed and overwhelmed.
And all i want to do is eat an entire chocolate cake. (I won't but I want to)

I'm sorry you're feeling so down right now. Instead of going for the cake, make this your AHA moment and get inspired! Easier said than done, I know, but it's the truth.
