DDP Yoga?

I just received the whole DDP Yoga program, and I'll begin this Monday. I'm excited to see where it takes me, even though I know i'm gonna be horrible at first. I know things work as long as you work them, but...has anyone had any good experience with it?? Any good success stories? Pictures always welcome, but any feedback would be awesome! :)

    I've had brilliant success with this program. I was lingering around 12.5 st before this program and it finally helped me get below 12. I'm happy where I am now. The only downside is I can't really log it in as my exercise here. It's a killer to begin with but gets easy really quickly. Couple this with a little running and good eating and you'll see results QUICK! They say to cut out wheat, gluten and diary but I simply refuse to give up Frosties!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

    I just wrapped up the 13 week beginner program. It's fantastic. I'm down 49 lbs, with the first 30 coming before I started logging things here. I feel much better, look better, and can even run (which I hadn't been able to do in a year because of a double break to my ankle/leg the previous January).

    I recommend it to everyone.
