Hi my name is Frankie. I am almost 30 and began my weight loss journey after being inspired by my wife who recommended myfitnesspal to me. I never believed in counting calories seriously and never paid much attention to exactly how many calories I was consuming everyday. I truly believe plugging in all the things I would normally eat in a day helps because its right there in my face and i cant hide from it. That truly helped me get going(that and seeing that I weighed 270 lbs). Anyway my very first week using myfitnesspal and I have lost 11 lbs! If anyone wants to share tips or just want someone to help motivate them or even someone who can help motivate me please dont be a stranger. Best of luck and God bless!
