I am having some family issues at the moment, my 15 yr old son decided to move out and interstate with his other parent who has been non existant in his life for the last 11 yrs I am struggling emotionally, I can not bring myself to eat meals and definetly not interested in exercise, I really don't want to fall off the mfp band wagon, I have a 5 yr old son and a hubby that can't work out why I am so upset all the time, how do you guys keep plugging on when your under stress, any advice is appreciated thanks

Try to eat maintenance, do some form of exercise per day....and even if you are not logging, I would suggest to keep logging on MFP every day no matter what (just read a few forum posts just to keep you company) )
I was recently struggling for the last month of so, and I was not counting calories or exercising...but I logged on every single day no matter what...even for 5 minutes. Then suddenly, I felt ready to get back on track Here I am!
