Hi, i'm from San Jose, CA. I want to stop this yo yo dieting/lifestyle of mine and adopt a healthy-- er healthier lifestyle that i can stay on before i turn 30, which is in 9 months. Luckily i started with some friends again and it's better than before. Hopefully it'll go great. I'm always looking for people to have a healthy or healthier lifestyle with (within reason cause food just taste so good!).
