    Also, both the USA and Canada allow for up-to 20%(+/-) margin of error in macronutrient amounts listed on all packaged foods. I can't speak for other countries, but that's a pretty scary stat for those really watching macros...

    I think that's why it's good to only eat half of your exercise calories. Ya never know when the calorie count can vary and I suspect for those who put in the work and still don't lose weight, this could contribute. That one sammich was double the calories! Crazy

    Marcus brings up a good point about not eating all of your exercise calories to allow for the 20% margin of error in product labeling.

    And this is why I avoid eating all my exercise calories. I like to give myself a "safety net".
